Kerry County Council’s first nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) building located at the main campus at Rathass in Tralee.  The building has a floor area of 660ms and accommodates 44 staff. The building is a practical example of Local Authorities can achieve their Climate Action target to 2030 and beyond to 2050.
