It sets out attainable objectives that will ensure the EU’s economy becomes sustainable. The Green Deal aims to turn climate and environmental challenges into opportunities across all policy areas. Making the transition to a sustainable future needs to be fair and inclusive for all, and the European Green Deal aims to ensure no region will be left lacking in the great change ahead.
